Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome clients during sales and service visits with professionalism and warmth.
2. Capture and post-delivery photos/videos that celebrate our clients’ new vehicles.
3. Manage and respond to comments and messages on social media channels.
4. Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to feature events, promotions, and dealership updates.
5. Maintain a consistent online tone and visual style aligned with our brands.
6. Assist with in-store events, brand activations, and hospitality touches.
7. Utilize the CRM system to track client interactions, schedule follow-ups, and ensure consistent communication across departments.

Ideal Candidate:

1. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
2. Confident, professional, and comfortable on camera and around luxury clientele.
3. Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
4. Basic photography/video and editing skills (smartphone or DSLR).
5. Strong sense of luxury service and attention to detail.
