The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of Main Street. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, making sure every interaction, whether in person, over the phone, or online, reflects the care and professionalism we provide inside the exam room.
This is more than a desk job. Our CSRs are problem-solvers, communicators, and multitaskers who keep the hospital running smoothly. You’ll play an essential role in helping clients feel heard, cared for, and confident in entrusting their pets to us.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greeting clients and checking pets in for appointments
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing reminders
- Handling client communications with empathy and professionalism
- Processing invoices, payments, and medical records
- Supporting the veterinary team by relaying information accurately and promptly
- Helping keep the lobby and front desk organized and welcoming
- Maintaining a calm, helpful presence in a fast-paced environment

About You:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (veterinary, medical, or hospitality setting preferred)
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a busy environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus (we use Covetrus Pulse)
