Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal – Seattle, WA in Seattle, Washington at Boohoff Law P.A.

• Support senior litigation attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation
• Manage plaintiff personal injury case files from filing through resolution or trial
• Draft and respond to discovery, subpoenas, pleadings, correspondence, and litigation documents
• Coordinate depositions, mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and court filings through Washington e-filing portals
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, medical providers, and experts
• Organize exhibits, medical records, billing records, and trial materials
• Assist attorneys with case strategy, document management, and trial readiness
• Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with Washington court rules and deadlines

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in plaintiff personal injury law
• Experience handling personal injury litigation cases in Washington State
• Strong understanding of Washington auto insurance laws and bodily injury claims
• Former bodily injury insurance adjuster experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Washington court procedures, litigation timelines, and e-filing systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Trial preparation experience preferred
