This is a high-impact advisory and delivery role at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data science, and business transformation. You will work closely with senior executives to identify where AI can create measurable value and unlock new operating models. Acting as a trusted partner, you will translate complex technical possibilities into clear, actionable business strategies. The role combines strategic consulting with hands-on involvement in solution design and deployment oversight. You will also help clients navigate governance, ethics, and risk considerations in AI adoption. Operating in a fast-evolving environment, you will contribute directly to shaping how organisations successfully adopt and scale AI technologies.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities that drive efficiency, innovation, and new business models.
- Translate business challenges into technical requirements, define project scope, and build robust business cases with clear ROI justification.
- Oversee AI solution delivery, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and impact.
- Advise clients on AI governance, ethics, compliance, and risk management in line with emerging regulatory expectations.
- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, frameworks, and reusable assets to scale AI transformation practices.
- Design and build AI demos or prototypes to illustrate use cases, benefits, and potential risks in a tangible way.
- Deliver engaging workshops and presentations to executive and technical audiences, clearly communicating AI concepts and value.
- Proven experience delivering AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or advanced analytics projects in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders and translating technical concepts into business value.
- Excellent business analysis capabilities, including process mapping, problem identification, and quantification of impact.
- Ability to communicate strategic perspectives on both opportunities and risks of AI adoption, including ethical and governance considerations.
- Strong academic background in a numerate discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent technical experience.
- Experience in consulting or advisory environments is highly desirable, particularly within technology or management consulting.
- Exposure to multiple industries and familiarity with Agile or other delivery methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with confidence in public speaking and workshop delivery.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
