This role sits within a fast-growing investor services function focused on supporting fund administration and real estate private markets operations. You will work closely with clients and their investors to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of critical fund-related processes. Acting as a trusted operational partner, you will contribute to investor onboarding, payments, treasury activities, and data accuracy across client workspaces. The environment is dynamic and highly collaborative, combining financial operations, client service, and technology-driven workflows. You will gain exposure to private market fund structures while helping clients streamline and scale their operations. This position is well suited for someone who thrives in detail-oriented, client-facing roles with meaningful operational impact.
- Support fund administration and investor services workflows by executing key operational tasks for private market clients.
- Manage investor data and workspace accuracy, including creation and maintenance of investor positions.
- Assist clients during fundraising cycles by ensuring systems and processes align with their timelines and objectives.
- Handle treasury-related activities such as logging capital calls, processing contributions, and managing payment workflows.
- Investigate and resolve payment breaks, chargebacks, and exception items in coordination with banking partners.
- Monitor client health and escalate issues or operational risks to internal teams when needed.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhanced operational controls and efficiency.
- 3+ years of experience in fund administration, investor services, or similar financial operations roles.
- Strong understanding of private markets, fund structures, or real estate investment operations is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality of execution.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ownership of outcomes.
