Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Guide clients through property tours, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Collaborate with the lead agent to understand client needs and tailor showings accordingly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends to provide clients with accurate insights.
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings, optimizing routes for efficiency and client convenience.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, addressing questions and concerns with clarity.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting offers, ensuring clients feel confident in their decisions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, building trust and rapport throughout the buying process.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in real estate or a related field, with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout the buying process.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of local market trends in Asheville, NC, to provide clients with accurate and timely insights.
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule property showings efficiently, optimizing routes for client convenience.
  • Experience in collaborating with team members to tailor property showings to meet client needs.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and property tours simultaneously.
