This role plays a key part in supporting a fast-growing sales organization within the security and communications technology space. You will act as a critical link between sales, operations, and customers, ensuring a smooth and responsive commercial process from lead management through order fulfillment. Working in a fast-paced, remote environment, you will help maintain CRM accuracy, support quoting and estimating activities, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining precision and responsiveness. You will also contribute to strengthening customer relationships by providing timely follow-ups and professional engagement with prospects and clients. This is a highly collaborative role where organization, initiative, and service mindset directly impact sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in managing leads, processing orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating customer follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including leads, activities, notes, quotes, and next steps to ensure pipeline visibility.
- Assist in preparing estimates and supporting technical and commercial proposals based on customer needs and sales inputs.
- Communicate with prospects and customers to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, fulfillment, accounting, and service to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales organization, contributing to overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers through consistent, clear, and proactive communication.
- 2+ years of experience in business-to-business customer service, sales support, or sales operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively via email, phone, and virtual tools.
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales and customer data.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data entry and ensure process accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and adaptability to different stakeholder needs.
