- Conduct implementations in accordance with department guidelines.
- Guide clients in decision-making for maximum efficiency.

- Travel to client sites for software installations.

- Resolve project issues or escalate as necessary.
- Mentor other Consultants to improve product knowledge.

- Deliver consulting projects to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflow concepts related to software applications.
- Ability to understand and recommend optimal system integrations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Capacity to manage projects independently from start to finish.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of relevant products and methodologies.
- Experience in developing and improving workflow processes.
- Familiarity with healthcare specialty workflows.
