QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management or related financial roles.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present, consult, and influence across teams.
- Proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and treasury-related software.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Reporting
- Take charge of preparing clear and timely financial reports for treasury operations, keeping everything accurate and organized.
- Blend merchant processing data into treasury analysis for more insightful reporting.
Quality Improvement and Cost-Saving Initiatives
- Drive treasury quality by spotting gaps, proposing smart fixes, and applying proven best practices. Launch impactful quality enhancements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Design cash management plans that cut treasury costs without sacrificing service quality. Uncover cost-saving wins in merchant processing and hotel payments.
Education, Training, and Process Optimization
- Lead energizing consultations, deliver user-friendly guides, and host interactive workshops to empower your team and boost hotel success with practical treasury and merchant processing best practices.
- Streamline and optimize treasury, merchant processing, and hotel workflowsincluding refunds, reconciliations, and exception handlingto enhance speed, accuracy, and control.
- Drive continual improvements in hotel payments and refunds by tackling root issues and fostering team collaboration.
