The Elaine Sterling Institute (ESI) is seeking passionate and experienced Nail Instructors for both day and evening shifts to join our dynamic team of beauty and wellness educators.

About the role
- Deliver engaging instruction in nail technology, including techniques, safety, and sanitation, in alignment with Milady curriculum and Georgia State Board standards
- Develop and execute lesson plans, including lectures, demonstrations, hands-on training, and student assessments
- Mentor and guide students toward licensure, career readiness, and industry success
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress
- Foster a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment in both classroom and clinic settings
- Stay current with emerging trends, products, and innovations in the nail industry
Qualifications
- Must have current Nail Technician Instructor License or Master Cosmetologist Instructor License (eligible to teach nail technology)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional salon experience
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience preferred (we are open to mentoring the right person).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for education and student development
- Comfortable using technology and digital learning platforms
- Schedule-Day and evening shifts available, including up to two Saturdays per month
