WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE:

• You roll into the station, grab your FedEx Ground delivery vehicle, load up and head out on a local route you’ll actually get to know.
• About 85% of your day is residential stops: neighborhoods, driveways, porches, repeat. You get into a rhythm fast, and the route stays tight. Toss in around 20% business deliveries to break things up and keep the day moving.
• You’ll use GPS and handheld scanners (nothing new here) to knock out your route efficiently, without chaos or guesswork. Load in the morning, deliver through the day, head back to the station, clock out. Clean. Simple. Predictable.
• Deliver safely, professionally, and on time- every day. No micromanaging, no corporate noise, just getting the job done and head home.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Real, verifiable delivery driving experience no exceptions If you’ve run routes, felt the pace, and know the job, you’ll feel right at home. If you’re “thinking about trying delivery,” respectfully, this isn’t the place to start.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record. You know the drill- safe driving matters.
• Ability to handle light to heavy packages all day- this is an active job.
• Comfortable using GPS and handheld scanners - if you’ve done Amazon DSP or similar work, this will feel like second nature.
• Most important: you show up, manage your time, and finish your route without needing reminders. You know how to pace a day and see it through.
