This role sits at the intersection of AI innovation, enterprise partnerships, and insurance transformation, focusing on building and scaling a high-impact partner ecosystem. You will drive relationships with system integrators, consultants, and technology partners, enabling them to successfully deliver and implement advanced AI solutions. Acting as both a strategic operator and external evangelist, you will shape how partners engage with the platform and contribute to revenue growth. The environment is fast-moving, highly technical, and deeply collaborative, with strong emphasis on measurable customer outcomes. You will own partner performance, enablement, and co-sell motions while influencing product and go-to-market strategy. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on scaling adoption across a multi-trillion-dollar industry undergoing AI-driven transformation.
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a scalable partner ecosystem strategy that drives revenue growth and operational excellence. You will manage relationships with key strategic partners and ensure they are fully enabled to deliver successful implementations and co-sell effectively.
- Own partner-sourced revenue targets through joint business planning, forecasting, and co-sell execution across strategic alliances
- Design and operationalize the ecosystem delivery framework that enables partners to act as an extension of internal delivery teams
- Build and manage partner enablement and certification programs to ensure technical and functional mastery of platform capabilities
- Develop and monitor partner performance scorecards tracking implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery outcomes
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for Tier-1 global partners, driving alignment from contract to execution
- Act as a bridge between partners, sales, and product teams, feeding insights into product improvements and go-to-market strategy
This position requires strong experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and enterprise software or insurance technology environments. The ideal candidate combines commercial ownership with technical fluency and strong relationship-building skills.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel management, or ecosystem roles within insurtech, insurance, or enterprise SaaS
- Proven ability to manage complex partner networks including system integrators, consultants, or technology alliances
- Strong understanding of the insurance ecosystem (carriers, brokers, MGAs, and related platforms)
- Demonstrated success in driving partner-led revenue and scaling co-sell motions
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate technical concepts into business value
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive influencing capabilities
- Ability to travel 20–30% for partner engagements and industry events
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
