Why this role exists

Our marketing engine is scaling fast, and we need operators who can turn ideas into execution without friction. This role exists because growth doesn’t come from strategy decks—it comes from people who can own work end-to-end, collaborate deeply across teams, and move projects forward with speed and clarity. You’ll work cross-functionally with designers, writers, video teammates, contractors, and marketing managers, aligning creative work to real business outcomes and keeping momentum high. We’re building a modern marketing organization that moves quickly, tests aggressively, and uses AI and new tools to raise the bar on both creativity and efficiency. This role is built for someone who wants autonomy, responsibility, and a real seat at the table in shaping how Revive grows.

What you will do
  • Use your strongest marketing skill to create work that drives real business growth
  • Own projects end-to-end while collaborating closely with teammates and external partners
  • Move multiple projects forward at once with clarity and attention to detail
  • Build campaigns from idea to launch, bringing others in at the right moments
  • Write clear, compelling messaging that aligns with the Revive brand
  • Use AI and modern tools to enhance creativity and streamline execution
  • Act as a player-collaborator: partnering deeply with others while maintaining ownership of your work
  • Manage the work, not people — owning deadlines, deliverables, and outcomes
  • Bring new ideas forward, test quickly, and iterate fast

Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing, brand, creative, content, or a related field
  • Ability to take a project from idea to execution with quality and speed
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams while owning deliverables
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM to manage campaigns, contacts, workflows, or reporting
  • Familiarity with marketing, creative, or AI tools
  • A portfolio, writing samples, or relevant work preferred

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Irvine, CA)
