Sunchase Apartments in Harrisonburg, Virginia, is seeking to hire multiple individuals for the position of Turnover Technician. Turnover Technicians are responsible for the quick and efficient turnover (make ready) of residential rental units within the allocated time, with the highest quality, most complete and accurate work, and with 100% new tenant satisfaction. Turnover Technicians provide assistance to the facilities manager with any necessary administrative tasks or physical labor that support preparing the property for new resident arrival.

This is a seasonal position that starts May 18, 2026 and runs through August 21, 2026. Tools, training, and PPE will be provided.

Pay is $14.00 per hour. (Returning Technicians receive an additional $1.00/hour.) For employees who stay on for the full duration of the summer (through August 21, 2026), there will be an additional bonus payout of $300.00.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a seasonal part-time position that averages 25-35 hours per week, typically worked during Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time for lunch. The daily and weekly schedule is variable depending on the turnover calendar and may include 1 - 2 weekends over the course of the summer.

Travel/ Driving
No travel is expected for this position. Must have valid driver's license and automobile insurance coverage to use site golf carts and truck.
