• Assist in the comprehensive repair and replacement of residential garage doors and openers to ensure peak performance.
• Diagnose mechanical issues on-site to provide customers with immediate, high-quality repair solutions.
• Execute precise measurements and installations from the ground up to guarantee a perfect finished product.
• Deliver superior customer service by addressing homeowner needs with the exclusive products and warranties provided by the company.
• Maintain a commitment to top-quality standards and safety protocols during every field dispatch.
• Coordinate with the call center and field operations team to manage a steady flow of pre-booked service leads.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Clean driving record and valid license for operating company vehicles.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs consistently throughout the workday.
• Exceptional work ethic and a strong record of reliable attendance.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and a dedication to learning a specialized trade.

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented environment.
• Completion of some college-level coursework or technical vocational training.
• Natural attention to detail and a desire to provide craftsmanship-level service.
