About This Position
We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Executive (Outdoor / Field Sales) to join our team. If you enjoy being on the ground, meeting customers daily, hitting KPIs and earning attractive commissions on top of a stable basic salary, this role is for you.
Responsibilities - Visit, service, and conduct sales at assigned areas/outlets
- Visit at least 20 outlets per day
- Expand into new areas/states as approved and assigned
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Explore, identify, and recruit wholesalers within assigned areas
- Explain Trade Marketing mechanics (National or Local Programs)
- Ensure all outstanding balances at outlets are collected before the due date
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the company from time to time
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or outdoor sales
- Must possess own transportation (car or motorcycle)
- Basic Salary: RM 2,200 – RM 2,400 + Commission
- Fixed Allowances:
1. Vehicle Allowance: RM 200
2. Fuel Allowance: RM 600
3. Phone Allowance: RM 50
RM2,200 - RM2,400 a month
