North American Powertrain Components is the leading remanufacturer of transmissions, transfer cases, toque convertors and differential units. With a state of the art facility, located in North West Edmonton, NAPC is constantly pushing the envelope of technology with our cutting edge R&D.
North American Diesel Performance is focused on the aftermarket Diesel Performance. NADP is the leader when it comes to providing industry knowledge, as well as second to none service.
North American Powertrain Components is looking to fill a key role of Inside Sales within our organization. The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving predetermined customer service levels and sales targets.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
· Promote NAPC & NADP products and services through identifying customer needs
· Seek out opportunities for additional sales with new and existing customers
· Generate revenue by achieving monthly sales targets
· Provide professional and knowledgeable service while delivering an exceptional customer experience
· Establish strong customer relations with both internal and external customers
· Work as a team to ensure departmental and individual goals are met on a daily basis
· Booking appointments, confirming appointments and follow up calls
· Represent NAPC & NADP in a positive and professional manner
· Various other duties as required
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Powertrain Components and Driveline an asset.
· Minimum 2 years of automotive related knowledge.
· Strong selling skills with a demonstrated ability to close the sale
· Comfort level with assessing customer needs and offering NAPC & NADP products and services over the phone
· Computer and typing skills
· Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills
· Professional business manner
· Ability to work both independently & in Co-op with the desire to go above and beyond while contributing to your team's overall success
· Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills while being adaptable to changing priorities and challenging situations
