Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills are required.
• Knowledgeable in bowling operations and reservation systems preferred.
• Point of Sale and Cash handling experience preferred
• Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Flexible scheduling: Available to work afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays
• At least 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, professional, and responsive guest service.
• Welcome and assist guests with selecting bowling packages, bowling shoes, bowling lane set-up, and if needed,
  help in choosing a bowling ball.
• Cashier
• Accountable for maintaining excellent cleanliness of the bowling area: tables, counters,
  chairs, and floors.
• Clean bowling lanes, gutters, and ball return areas.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Lifting and carrying items up to 40 pounds
• Bending, stooping, and maintaining stamina throughout shifts
