Restoration Superintendent
With Quality Restoration, The Restoration Superintendent will work with property owners and sub-contractors after traumatic events like fires or floods to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Managing the renovation, control and communication of the budget effectively, and spending time in the field leading the team and ensuring projects get completed properly.

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver 5 STAR Customer Experiences
  • Serve as the first point of contact for property owners, adjusting, and project managers after traumatic events like fires or floods.
  • Provide exceptional customer care, focusing on building trust and loyalty with each property owner.
  • Ensure tasks are completed to meet the scope of the project and customer expectation.
  • Supervise project scheduling and quality control.
  • Assist with cultivate strong relationships with community leaders, first responders, and insurance providers to ensure seamless restoration services.
  • Estimate projects as needed.
Lead Operational Excellence
  • Manage labor requirements, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation.
  • Oversee subcontractors, and self-performing field employees.
  • Performs repairs, renovations, and carpentry tasks as needed.
  • Oversee water loss projects assisting with the set up and removal of equipment.
  • Manage physical inventory of the customer contents in our care.
  • Assist in the remediation of customer contents
  • Maintain a daily log of the job site's operations, tracking hours worked for both self and team, reporting to management, as necessary.
Build Talent in World-Class Culture
  • Communicates effectively and respectfully verbally and in writing with the customer and co-workers under all circumstances.
  • Aides in the training and development of team members.
  • Manage remediation and restoration sites ensuring obstacles and hazards are controlled. Keep SAFETY 1st in all activities.
  • Performs all functions in accordance with the “Yes I Can” philosophy. Providing support, backup and training, and performs work in other positions, as qualified, when needed. Completes special projects and other duties as assigned
