Job description:

The dishwasher supports the restaurant by ensuring all dishware is clean and ready for reuse for guests. They are responsible for washing dishware, maintaining a clean workstation and helping the kitchen with other needed tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Clean all restaurant dishware.
• Maintain a clean workstation.
• Assist with cleaning the back of house.
• Support staff with other needed tasks.
• Maintain health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Self-driven, proactive, and punctual.

Qualifications:

• Restaurant dishwashing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards.
• Ability to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all state and federal regulations.

• Ability to maintain professional demeaner and communication.
• Ability to maintain proper uniform and professional presentation.

• Safeguard the team by maintaining a healthy and safe workplace, environment, and culture.

Ability to walk up and down stairs.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
