Covenant Air Conditioning & Heating, a family-owned business serving Austin, TX since 2000, is seeking an experienced Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician. This role focuses on residential heating and air conditioning repairs, diagnostics, and customer consultations. As a Senior Service Tech, you will ensure top-level service, accurate troubleshooting, and professional communication with our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential HVAC service repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance.
• Accurately troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues.
• Clearly explain findings, options, and solutions to customers.
• Sell necessary repairs, new systems, and add-on products.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to avoid costly future repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and state requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential HVAC service and repair.
• Certifications: Texas HVAC Technician Certification required; NATE certification preferred.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Driving Record: Clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and customer service ability.
• Skilled in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and professionally represent the company.
