Location: Berlin, CT

Pay: $24/hour starting base + performance bonuses, reaching up to $34/hour. Annual take-home earnings range from: $50,000$80,000+ with full benefits.

Job Description

Stark Industries Corporation, an Amazon Freight Partner, is hiring full-time drivers based in Berlin, CT. This is a W2 position operating Amazon-branded day cabs with 100% no-touch freight.

You'll run local routes, driving to New York City, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and surrounding states. You'll get home after every shift and work 3 days per week with the option for overtime. As part of our TierOne Driver System, you can boost your earnings through consistent, safe, and reliable performance by earning up to $34/hour and starting right after you're hired.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
• Haul Amazon freight with drop & hook, no-touch loads
• Communicate effectively with dispatch via smartphone
• Follow safety protocols and DOT regulations
• Maintain logs and complete daily vehicle inspections
• Represent Stark with professionalism and reliability

Basic Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid
• Clean MVR and strong DAC report
• Pass DOT physical, background check, and drug test
• Must be comfortable driving to New York City (Bronx, Long Island, etc.)
• English proficiency (for DOT compliance)
• Comfort using GPS and mobile driver apps
