About This Position

Materials Tech

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026.
Position Summary:

Provides a centralized distribution and control of supplies and equipment to all hospital departments. Maintains and tracks inventory according to facility procedures. Reviews financial guidelines to evaluate purchasing usage. Follows policies regarding the use of purchase orders, receipt of goods and dispute resolution on invoices. Reviews daily, weekly and monthly reports as identified in computer system. Works with Corp Director of Supply Chains Operations to assure item master and pricing are updated as needed.

Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

Desired Experience:
  • Hospital Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Purchase Order Software (Wellsky, Meditech or CPSI to name a few)
  • Office knowledge ( printing, faxing, Excel, Word)

Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
