We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Inventory Supervisor to oversee and manage our inventory operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily inventory activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to optimize storage and reduce waste
- Lead and train warehouse staff on inventory management best practices and safety protocols
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs and coordinate shipments
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to inventory levels and movements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory control- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Forklift certified
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
