About This Position
Overview:
The Clinical Director is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of clinical quality, ethical practice, and effective service delivery. This pivotal position involves providing expert clinical guidance and supervision to a team of behavior analysts and therapists, driving program development, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines, and fostering strong collaborations with clients and their families. The Clinical Director is instrumental in leading clinical operations to achieve positive client outcomes and advance Latitude’s mission.
Position Details:
- Position Type: Full-time
- Location: Clinic
- Schedule: Monday through Friday (8:15-4:45)
Compensation & Employment Structure:
- Salary-based position.
- BCBA staff are not required to use PTO for short-term absence during the workweek provided weekly billable hour requirements are met.
Qualifications:
- Education Requirement: Master’s Degree
- Certification Requirement:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (required)
- For the safety of our clients and staff, staff members at the Latitude Therapy must be CPR (Adult, Child, and Infant) Certified. They must be First Aid Certified and must have FCSR background check clearance. Other trainings and certifications are required for BACB certified staff (e.g., 8-hour Supervisor Training for BCBAs and will be outlined in the employee handbook. The employee handbook supersedes this job description concerning trainings and necessary certifications.
License Requirement: Missouri Behavior Analyst License (required)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership:
- Oversee and mentor all Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analysts (PLBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) on the team, providing guidance and clinical support as needed.
- Conduct regular performance reviews in collaboration with Human Resources (HR), ensuring ongoing professional development and adherence to company standards.
- Facilitate conflict resolution among team members and between staff, clients, and families, in collaboration with HR, to promote a positive and productive working environment.
- Provide effective and timely communications to employees regarding initiatives, requirements, policies and procedures; ensure compliance and provide follow up training for remediation or career development.
- Communicate with families and communities about Latitude’s services and programs; including informational parent meetings, attending community events and sponsoring activities supporting Latitude’s clients and their families.
- Clinical Oversight:
- Provide clinical support and supervision to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans, conducting fidelity checks on treatment plan writing and session execution.
- Review and ensure the accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including assistance with data collection and outcome measurement.
- Conduct regular meetings with BCBAs to review cases, monitor clinical progress, and ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery.
- Ensure the team is consistently meeting productivity standards, including the completion of daily sessions, verification of sessions, and other required activities
- Client Caseload:
- Maintain a reduced caseload of a minimum of 16 billable hours per week (64 billable hours per month) to allow for a focused and supportive leadership role within the team.
- Complete all session documentation and billing within 24 hours of service delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide comprehensive training to caregivers, equipping them with the necessary skills and strategies to support the implementation of behavior plans and promote progress.
- Operational & Administrative Support:
- Ensure teams consistently meet billable targets and complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and maintain all data systems in accordance with BACB and company standards and requirements; ensure all employees are following proper protocols and policies relative to documentation and data collection
- Prepare and provide clinical and operational data relative to clinic/team metrics to key stakeholders
- Monitor and support staff adherence to company policies, including proper handling of paid time off (PTO) requests and leave submissions.
- Project Leadership & Special Initiatives:
- Assist with special projects such as virtual parent training programs, student analyst training, school contracts, university collaborations, and other initiatives to enhance team performance and client outcomes.
