Position Summary
As a Loan Collections Student, you’ll play a key role in keeping our loan collection processes organized, accurate, and moving forward. You’ll support both customers and internal teams while developing valuable experience in banking operations, communication, and problem‑solving.
Your days may include:
✨ Keeping delinquent account files and records organized
📬 Processing loan payments and managing departmental mail
📞 Talking with customers to set up payment plans and track commitments
📑 Preparing documentation that advances the collection process

Essential Knowledge & Skills
