What We are Looking For:
MDC Healthcare is seeking a Care Delivery Manager who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks in support of a Program Director. The ideal candidate for this position will be detail-oriented, highly organized, motivated, and capable of managing a high volume of communications across our member group and corporate staff.
Job type:
· Full time
· Remote/In-office meeting once a week
Compensation package:
· Competitive compensation package, including quarterly bonus incentives.
· Car allowance mileage provided.
Requirements:Responsibilities:
· Scheduling home health aides for assignments, being mindful of travel time and overtime restrictions.
· Following up with CMOs.
· Maintaining rapport with aides to minimize turnover and increase retention.
· Act as the main contact for members to ensure the quality of care and retention.
· Ensure that our home health aides are in compliance with state regulations including TB tests, fingerprints and training requirements, etc.
· Maintaining a reasonably consistent culture and style of working – the MDC way: not everyone doing things their own way
· Contribute to the overall success of MDC Healthcare through team collaboration.
· Coordinate activity & allocate resources.
· Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
· Compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, regulations and standard operating procedures
Reports to:
· Program Director
Requirements:
· Fluency in English
· 1+ years of experience working in an administrative or support position.
· Experience managing an hourly team is a plus
· Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience in the medical industry will be helpful, but not mandatory.
· Experience working with a diverse population
