JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Channel Marketing Manager to execute our channel marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing and communication plans for our owned and independent distribution channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Programmatically manage the execution of our marketing efforts into our distribution channel
Support our sales enablement initiatives for our spec and sales teams
Take best practices from a region and turn into general best practice other regions can implement
Create and manage content templates for local events
Partner with distributed product team on their resource needs
Partner with Design and Marketing on metro programs
Partner with digital marketing and sales team on marketing campaigns and demand generation activities
Execute communication strategy for the channel
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong leadership orientation with a high work ethic and energy level
High comfort with working in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and ability to quickly grasp complex business environment and concepts and express them clearly
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing programs and supporting tactics
Proficiency analyzing data to make informed decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior project management skills, ability to multi-task and work on tight timelines
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or related field, equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted.
2+ years of experience in marketing preferred
Experience in B2B marketing and/or the building products/industry preferred and/or
Experience in A&D marketing or industry preferred
Experience effectively working in cross-functional teams
