About the RoleAs a Line Cook, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen team. From setting up your station to preparing, cooking, and plating dishes, you’ll make sure every guest gets fresh, delicious food made with care. You’ll also help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly while following all safety and sanitation standards.

This role is ideal for someone who loves food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Reliability and attention to detail

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Preferred:

Previous kitchen or line cook experience

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

Plate dishes consistently and on time

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Support teammates and assist with opening/closing duties
