MasterMold is expanding, and we are seeking Production Supervisors to lead key areas of our manufacturing operations across multiple shifts (day and night) and departments, including Paint, Press, Bonding, Assembly, and Finishing. As a Crew Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role supporting both the Press and Paint departments, stepping in where needed to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and smoothly across shifts.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate daily production activities across Press and Paint to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals
Support scheduling, staffing coverage, and work prioritization to maintain balanced workflow between departments
Serve as a visible, hands-on leader on the floor by coaching, guiding, and supporting team members in real time
Assist with onboarding, training, and development while reinforcing standard work and performance expectations
Identify production challenges, quality concerns, or bottlenecks and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve them
Ensure accurate shift communication, documentation, and smooth handoffs between shifts
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Enforce all safety, environmental, and company policies while modeling safe work practices
