Title: Seasonal Warehouse Assistant

Location: North Sioux City, SD

Job Type: Full Time – Hourly

Time Frame: May 2026 - August 2026

Reports To: Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions of computer hardware for the purpose of determining the appropriate parts needed for the repair of the computer
• Knowledge of various tools and techniques involved in general warehouse work and computer repair
• Ability to disassemble and assemble a wide variety of computers for repair purposes
• Maintain accurate records using designated applications provided
• Participates in all aspects of warehousing, shipping, receiving, organizing, and storing of goods in the warehouse
• Ability to manage the installation of custom images on several computers simultaneously
• Ability to work with limited supervision on a daily basis
• Ability to perform data collection and recording

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Over 18 years old
• A good knowledge of different computer components

• Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and work with teams, and management at all levels in a cross-functional environment
• Excellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss departmental information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding no matter the level of audience
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes
• Critical thinking and problem solving

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

• Standing for extended periods of time in a climate-controlled office environment.
• Must have a positive attitude and be very detail oriented
• Extended periods of time utilizing hand tools needed to repair computers.
• Able to move quickly to meet warehouse demands
• Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repetitively
• Must clear criminal background check and drug test
• Moderate travel may be required
