The purpose of this position is to support the Director of Manufacturing and ensure the continued operational viability of the Fremont operation by providing comprehensive administrative support to manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams, including the handling of confidential information.
- Manage the Document Control System in accordance with ISO standards, including maintaining quality records, administering external documents and audits, and ensuring proficient use of C‑Pro software for document management.
- Oversee employee training processes in alignment with ISO requirements, including setting up courses, maintaining training records, monitoring completion status, and utilizing C‑Pro for training documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to manufacturing leadership and facility operations, including document creation, distribution, filing, phone support, mail handling, and assisting with departmental requirements and assigned projects.
- Maintain office equipment, coordinate necessary repairs, and order office, equipment, and kitchen supplies.
- Assist with travel and hotel arrangements, visitor support, conference room scheduling, meeting organization, and food arrangements for safety and visitor‑related events.
- Utilize Word, Excel, Access, and Visio to update or create documents and manage databases, including developing new Access tools as needed.
- Assist the Buyer by entering purchase requisitions, reconciling invoices with purchase orders, correcting discrepancies, and maintaining supplier documentation in C‑Pro.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; one to three years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience); associate (two-year) degree preferred
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Strong reasoning skills with the ability to follow detailed but straightforward instructions
- Ability to solve problems
- Proficiency in computer use with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

The typical base salary range for this position is between $25.51 and $38.27 per hour
