Receptionist at Delaney Chevrolet Inc – Greensburg, Pennsylvania

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Performs receptionist duties, which may include greeting and directing visitors, answering incoming calls, distributing mail, and scheduling meetings and interviews.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/DUTIES:

• Answers phones.
• Greets visitors.
• Relays messages.
• Organizes Dealer trades.
• Performs stocking new cars.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service skills
• Ability to understand and follow directions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
