What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of Tally Capital Hotel—welcoming guests, solving problems, and setting the tone for a seamless stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process
• Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Handling payments, verifying IDs, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system
• Resolving guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating issues when needed
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction
• Promoting hotel amenities, local attractions, and upselling services when appropriate
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure front desk environment

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s sharp, personable, and ready to grow. Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-oriented approach
• Familiarity with hotel systems (Oracle and StayNTouch is a bonus) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• A team-first attitude and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome
