The team at Dental Studio - Pediatrics in Windsor, Ontario is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Pediatric Dentist on a part-time basis.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

We are currently seeking a part-time team member to join Dental Studio - Pediatrics on Tuesdays and Fridays, with the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future. At this time, no OR privileges are included, but there is possibility for these privileges to be added as the role evolves. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking strong mentorship and professional development in a supportive environment. Our office has a full complement support team, and a long standing patient base.

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

SCHEDULE:

• 16 hours per week
• Tuesdays and Fridays

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher (depending on experience)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the:
  • Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario
• We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
• Certified Pedodontist (we thank all who are interested; however, we are not currently accepting applications from General Practitioners with a focused practice)
• Valid BLS Certification
• 2 years of experience in practicing dentistry is required
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
