As the Automotive Sales Manager at Murgado Automotive Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance and achieving dealership goals. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding purchasing experience.
Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targetsDevelop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive dealership profitability and growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionMonitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targetsCollaborate with other departments to optimize dealership operations and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:Previous experience in automotive sales management or a related fieldProven track record of success in driving sales performance and achieving targetsStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with automotive sales management software and CRM systems
