Liberty Senior Living is currently seeking an experienced:

RESIDENT SERVICES VALET

Thurs to Sunday 3pm to 11pm

Job Summary:

  • Assist residents and guests by parking their cars in the designated valet parking areas in a safe manner. Monitor emergency response system and conducts foot and vehicular patrols of all areas of the community on a regular basis to observe, secure caution, instruct, correct, investigate and report unusual activities as appropriate.
  • Respond to emergencies as directed and render first aid/support, and call 911 as needed.
  • Complete parking ticket with vehicle information.
  • Return keys and valet copy of ticket to the secure key box.
  • Provide directions as requested.
  • Assist Team Members at the Concierge Desk as needed.
  • Provide transportation for residents, guests and associates as needed.
  • Answer, screen, and direct telephone calls as needed.
  • Monitor fire alarm system and respond to alarms, notifying proper Team Members and the local Fire Department of exact location of an emergency.
  • Monitor CCTV system and authorize entry of individuals, notifying department manager of questionable matters.
  • Handle clerical and/or mail duties, package receipt and delivery, bus trip sign-ups and POS transactions as required.
  • Report any damage observed on vehicle to designated Manager.
  • Maintain log of noteworthy events and keep other records as assigned.
  • Attends staff meetings, as required.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Remains on post until properly relieved.
  • Regulate and direct pedestrian and vehicular traffic as needed and enforces parking regulations.
  • Prepare, stage, and barricade parking areas for large events.
  • Create and maintain work order data entry process in compliance with the policy.
  • Prepare required reports, including daily activity reports, incident reports, follow-up reports and others as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:

  • High school or GED required.
  • A minimum of two years of work experience providing customer service preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess valid Drivers’ License with no convictions in the past 12 months.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office recommended.
  • Must be able to work with ill, disabled elderly, emotionally upset, and occasionally, hostile people within the facility.
  • Able to remain calm and respond appropriately and in a timely manner to emergencies.
