Bilingual Salesperson at Kiefer Kia – Eugene, Oregon

Job Description: Kiefer Kia is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Sales Representative proficient in both Spanish and English to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales department, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements.
• Provide information about available Kia vehicles, features, financing options, and incentives to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations to showcase the performance and features of Kia vehicles.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, pricing negotiation, trade-in appraisal, and financing arrangements.
• Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Stay updated on Kia products, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
