About This Position

Champtires.com is looking for a full time warehouse supervisor. Primary responsibility will be to manager production during a second shift. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while meeting company performance and quality goals. This role will require Saturday hours.
Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience, including supervisory experience

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS/ERP)

  • Familiarity with safety regulations and warehouse best practices

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification

  • Experience with lean warehousing or continuous improvement initiatives
