Job Responsibilities

Provide solutions to all commercial plumbing and drain issuesInstalling, repairing, and maintaining pipes including joints, valves, drains and pumpsInstalling of new plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, urinals, faucets, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.Respond and troubleshoot problems and provide cost estimatesReview blueprints and building codes to determine appropriate work proceduresPerform preventive maintenance as requiredSupport customer service team with vendor and/or customer escalationsCollaborate with service team and supply houses for materials and pricingEducate and train the sales and service team to better their plumbing knowledgeJob Qualifications

5+ Years of experience in commercial service plumbingAbility to work independentlyAbility to think outside of the box for long-term solutionsKnowledge of regulations within the plumbing industryAbility to properly use hand and power plumbing toolsDemonstrated customer service skills; excellent phone etiquette a mustStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentPro-active, organized & detail orientedValid and clean Driver’s License is a mustBenefits
