You will be supported by 4 Hygienists, an experienced DA team, and full operations/admin support so you can stay focused on excellent dentistry.
We also offer direct mentorship from seasoned doctor-owner with multi-practice experience, ensuring the tools, coaching, and autonomy needed for success.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Lead Associate Dentist with strong clinical confidence and experience in comprehensive care. This is a key position—replacing a doctor consistently producing $150K/month—and we are looking for someone who is excited to step into high production potential on Day 1.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and treatment planning
- Provide general and advanced care including: Implants, Surgical extractions, Endodontics, Same-day restorative solutions, Cosmetic and restorative dentistry
- Collaborate with hygiene to optimize patient outcomes and reappointment success
- Educate patients on treatment needs and encourage proactive long-term oral health
- Maintain high clinical standards aligned with evidence-based dentistry
- Participate in a culture of teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement

- Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
- Active state dental license (or eligibility)
- Comfort treating a wide range of clinical needs, including surgical and endodontic procedures
- Excellent patient communication and chairside manner
- Leadership mindset and a passion for practice growth
