This role offers a unique opportunity to define the future of trust and safety for a large-scale commerce platform.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the fraud, identity, and appeasements product strategy and roadmap, setting clear objectives for fraud loss reduction, cost per order, false positive rates, and customer experience
  • Evolve the real-time fraud detection and identity verification platform, including ML models, account integrity systems, and automated decisioning

  • Proven ability to define product vision and multi-year strategy independently, driving measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with ML/data science-driven fraud detection models, risk scoring, and decisioning platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable with SQL, experimentation, and data-driven decision making
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Preferred: experience applying AI/ML to fraud/trust, multi-sided marketplaces, and enterprise platforms; experience shipping AI-native products and leveraging advanced analytics techniques

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $184,000 – $233,000 USD depending on location
  • Equity grants and annual refresh opportunities
  • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements under a “Flex First” remote policy
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Professional development opportunities and collaborative environment
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace with a strong commitment to equity
