Event Promotions Assistant - Entry Level at Resilient Enterprises, Inc. – Meridian, Idaho

We’re a fast-growing nonprofit marketing and promotions team seeking an energetic Event Promotions Assistant to join us! In this entry-level role, you’ll help create memorable, meaningful experiences that raise awareness, inspire action, and support local community initiatives and charitable programs.

• Be the face of our nonprofit partners at local events, community campaigns, and fundraising activities
• Provide friendly, informed answers to community members and supporters after brand and program training
• Share resources, offer demonstrations, and distribute materials that highlight nonprofit programs
• Assist attendees with donations, registrations, and volunteer sign-ups
• Track event participation, community feedback, and questions to improve campaign impact and outreach efforts

• Strong organization and time management skills
