SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for delivering fullcycle recruitment support for assigned client groups under the direction of the Recruiting Manager. This role partners closely with hiring leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract and hire top talent across the health system. The Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring a highquality candidate experience and timely fulfillment of staffing needs.

STATUS: Full-time

LOCATION: Riedman Campus - Hybrid (3 Days/Week On-site)

DEPARTMENT: Human Resources - Talent Acquisition

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; Days

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Strategy & Client Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and create requisitions aligned with business objectives.

  • Develop and execute customized recruiting and interview plans for each open position.

  • Provide consultative guidance to leaders on recruitment strategies, market conditions, and candidate selection.

  • Conduct regular followup with hiring managers to evaluate progress and effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates using a variety of tools and strategies, including direct sourcing, social and professional networking, referrals, and passive candidate outreach.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines to proactively meet current and future hiring needs.

  • Research and recommend new sourcing channels to attract experienced and passive talent.

  • Locate and document effective sourcing methods for hardtofill roles.

Candidate Experience & Selection

  • Review applications to determine qualifications and alignment with position requirements.

  • Conduct prescreening interviews to assess experience, skills, and cultural alignment.

  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Extend employment offers and support the onboarding process in partnership with Talent Acquisition Coordinators.

Employer Brand & External Representation

  • Represent RGHS in a professional and positive manner to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support initiatives that strengthen RGHS’s reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, referral sources, and external partners.

Administrative & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and complete candidate and interview documentation within the applicant tracking system.

  • Ensure recruitment activities and candidate dispositions align with compliance and audit standards.

  • Partner with thirdparty recruiting agencies as needed.

  • Stay current on RGHS benefit offerings and respond to candidate inquiries.

  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

  • Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • One (1) year of relevant recruiting or talent acquisition experience required; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

  • Strong relationshipbuilding and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fastpaced environment.

  • Energetic, motivated professional with the ability to effectively represent and promote the organization.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

PAY RANGE: $63,000.00 - $78,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, clinical licensure date, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
