Guest Service Manager

- Train, mentor, and supervise guest service staff to ensure consistent, professional, and courteous interactions

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in guest service management, preferably within or related industries
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
