Bartender at Saucon Valley Country Club – Bethlehem, Pennsylvania

Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking an experienced and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide gracious, attentive service to members and guests while delivering a high-quality beverage experience.

This role is best suited for a bartender with a solid foundation in classic cocktails, spirits, and service standards, who is also eager to expand their skills. You will have access to advanced tools and training to further develop your craft, including techniques such as infusions, syrups, garnishes, foams, and more.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver friendly, professional, and polished service to members and guests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and communicate shortages
• Follow responsible beverage service guidelines at all times
• Accurately handle cash and maintain sales records

• Work in a professional, team-oriented environment
• Opportunity to refine and expand advanced bartending techniques
• Access to specialized tools such as cryovac machines, iSi whippers, sous vide equipment, and dehydrators
• Exposure to a wide range of classic and modern cocktail preparation

Education & Experience:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• RAMP certification (or equivalent) preferred
• Previous bartending experience required, preferably in private club or upscale environments

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, base spirits, and mixology fundamentals
• Familiarity with cocktail techniques and global spirit regions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service
• Willingness to take direction and continue developing skills

• Extended periods of standing and walking
• Work performed indoors and outdoors, including in high summer temperatures
• Frequent bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
