Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist in the United States.

As a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a strategic architect for growth across a diverse portfolio of retail and food and beverage locations. This high-impact role empowers you to optimize recruitment technologies and execute sophisticated talent strategies that directly shape the workforce of major airport hubs. Operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will serve as a technical leader and consultant to People & Culture partners, driving both individual and mass-hiring initiatives. You will have the autonomy to analyze market data, identify retention barriers, and build community partnerships that ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Joining this team means working at the intersection of hospitality and corporate strategy, where your innovation helps bridge the gap between business objectives and human potential. If you thrive in a matrixed, remote-first environment and enjoy the energy of the travel industry, this role offers a premier platform for your professional evolution.

Accountabilities:
  • Strategic Recruitment Management: Execute partial and full-cycle recruitment for key regional positions, from advanced sourcing and screening to final selection, while ensuring a premium candidate experience.

  • Training & Technology Optimization: Provide expert training and ongoing virtual support for talent acquisition tools and ATS platforms, ensuring local teams are proficient in enterprise-level recruiting resources.

  • Data-Driven Advisory: Analyze employment trends and recruitment metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to identify staffing barriers and provide tailored recommendations to the Senior Manager of Talent.

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Cultivate deep relationships with hiring managers and People & Culture teams to implement local recruiting efforts, including support for high-stakes new store openings.

  • Community & Outreach Integration: Guide local partners in identifying community resources, including culinary schools, hospitality programs, and diversity-focused organizations to build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Operational Oversight: Facilitate talent acquisition contracts, manage billing and reporting, and assess the return on investment for various talent attraction channels.

Requirements:
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 6 years of combined education and professional experience, including 6 years of intermediate full-cycle recruiting in a large, multi-unit environment (Hospitality, Restaurant, or Retail).

  • Industry Expertise: At least 3 years of direct experience within the Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Retail sectors.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), programmatic advertising strategies, and advanced search tools to solve high-volume staffing challenges.

  • Strategic Competencies: Strong business acumen with the ability to work independently in a matrixed organization while maintaining a focus on long-term talent planning.

  • Communication & Collaboration: A proven history of creating positive work environments and effectively communicating complex recruiting standards to diverse stakeholders.

  • Location & Travel: Must reside near a major airport and be willing to travel up to 40% for job fairs, location visits, and regional meetings.

Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: An advertised salary range of $82,500.00 to $100,000.00 annually.

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.

  • Financial Security: 401(k) retirement plan with a company match and company-paid life insurance.

  • Work-Life Balance: Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick, and flex days.

  • Educational Support: Tuition reimbursement programs and access to technical and leadership training academies.

  • Employee Perks: Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and a lucrative referral bonus program.
