This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic recruiting environment, supporting clients in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple industries. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to submitting qualified professionals to clients, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client communication. The position provides flexibility, the chance to work remotely, and opportunities for growth from part-time to full-time engagement. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team, leverage multiple recruiting platforms, and gain experience across a variety of roles, including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional results while enjoying a positive and collaborative work culture.

Accountabilities:
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and priorities
  • Source potential candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards
  • Screen applicants through structured interviews and assessments, evaluating their fit for open positions
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and concise write-ups
  • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and status
  • Collaborate with team members to leverage sourcing tools and ensure efficiency
  • Maintain a professional and polished experience for both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Previous recruiting experience, ideally in a client-facing or agency environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to work at least 10–15 hours per week, with flexibility to scale up as needed
  • Technical aptitude to use recruiting platforms, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other candidate sourcing tools
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a strong focus on results and candidate/client satisfaction
