Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, PLA is a national supply chain solutions provider offering Pallet Management Services, 3PL Services, Reverse Logistics Services, and Freight Brokerage & Transportation Management Services, handling over 115 million pallets per year for over 1,500 customers. Work Schedule:
- Day Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Monday thru Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and update asset records within the asset management system, including entering new equipment and tracking lifecycle data
- Process and manage asset-related service tickets (Easy Vista or similar systems)
- Support internal teams and vendors with system usage, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Review and process vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and timely payment
- Provide backup support for invoice entry and Accounts Payable processing
- Assist with vendor account management, resolving open issues and maintaining good standing
- Prepare asset performance and tracking reports for internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes and recommend enhancements
- Support ongoing initiatives to streamline asset management and AP workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience in asset management, accounts payable (AP), logistics, or administrative operations
- Experience working with ticketing or service request systems (Easy Vista or similar preferred)
- Experience supporting equipment, fleet, or asset-based operations is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and improve processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset when working with internal teams and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Associate’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to meet company driving requirements
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting
- Occasional exposure to warehouse conditions (dust, temperature changes, noise)
- Light physical activity (lifting up to 20 lbs occasionally)
