Assembly / Production Associate
Location: Brevard, NC 28712
Pay: $16-$17/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

If you enjoy hands-on work and like seeing a product come together piece by piece, this could be a great opportunity. We're looking for dependable Assembly / Production Associates to join a steady, indoor manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble units and subassemblies on a production line
• Follow engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions
• Attach components and pass units along for further assembly
• Identify products and processes accurately to ensure quality and compliance
• Use hand tools and light machinery to complete assembly tasks

Tools You'll Use:

• Small hand tools such as air tools, wire cutters, needle-nose pliers, rulers, and wire strippers
• Equipment including soldering irons, scales, arbor presses, grinders, and band saws
• Inspection tools like hi-pot testers and multi-meters

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry-level candidates welcome - training provided
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Comfortable working with chemicals such as epoxy, alcohol, solder, and cleaning agents

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Mix of sitting, standing, walking, and light lifting throughout the day

Work Environment:

• Indoor, temperature-controlled facility
• Clean and normally controlled production setting
